Purpose of processing
We process personal data solely to handle your enquiry – so that we can reply, prepare a quote or arrange a consultation. We do not use the data for marketing, we do not profile it and we do not sell it to third parties.
Data we process
Full name, e-mail address and, optionally, company or organisation, phone number, area of interest and the content of your message.
Legal basis
Consent of the data subject under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by submitting the form, and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention period
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle it and for a maximum of 12 months afterwards if no contractual relationship arises. Where a contract is concluded, the retention period follows the applicable legislation.
Recipients and transfers
We process the data ourselves. Our hosting and e-mail providers may access it as processors. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
- Right of access you may ask what data we hold about you.
- Right to rectification we will correct inaccurate or incomplete data on request.
- Right to erasure you may request deletion once the data is no longer needed.
- Right to restriction of processing in the cases foreseen by the GDPR.
- Right to data portability we will provide your data in a commonly used format.
- Right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
